The property was purchased from a distressed long-term holder who was facing foreclosure on the home. We were able to preserve their credit and provide the necessary funds to facilitate their move.

CSA is currently implementing a full gut renovation, bringing the property up to standard and fitting of its superb location, located just steps from Collingswood’s famous Haddon Avenue retail and cultural district.

The property was recapitalized in 2022 by a Philadelphia-based credit union.
