2426 Wainwright is a 2-story single-family property originally built in 1950.

The property had been abandoned for over 15 years, with previous owners falling behind on their property taxes. CSA purchased the municipal-held tax lien from the City of Camden, getting the receivable off the city’s books and adding the property back to the tax roll.

CSA completely gut renovated the interior and made significant exterior upgrades, including a new roof and windows.

The property is currently being rented to a local family and was recapitalized by a Philadelphia-based credit union.
